Rates & Booking
We charge per night with prices depending on:
Whether your pet is boarded in our cage/enclosure or your own
The size/type of animal or bird – with a 3-tier pricing structure:
Small – e.g. hamsters, finches, mice
Medium – e.g. guinea pigs, budgies, rats
Large – e.g. rabbits, parrots, cockatiels

Please note:
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your space
We kindly ask you to bring your pet’s own food – this ensures they stay on their usual diet and avoids any tummy upsets
We will provide hay, fresh water, and bedding as needed

No, we do not board cats or dogs. Our boarding facilities are tailored to small animals and birds only.
3. How do I book a space for my pet?
Booking is easy, just contact us directly. We recommend reserving early, especially during peak travel times such as school holidays, as spaces can fill up quickly.

Yes, a small non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, particularly during busy periods.
9. What if I return later than planned?
We understand plans can change. If you’re delayed, just let us know as soon as possible — we’ll continue caring for your pet until you return (additional charges may apply).
10. Are there any upgrades or special care options available?
Yes — Premium Boarding Packages are available for extra peace of mind, offering additional updates, enrichment, and personalised notes throughout your pet’s stay.
