1. Which store should I contact for stock questions?

Either store can help, but for the most accurate answer, it’s best to call the location you plan to visit (Portrack or Billingham). They can check stock instantly.

2. Do you respond to messages on social media?

We do our best to reply, but for quick answers, especially about stock or services however, calling the store directly is the fastest option.

3. Who should I speak to about animal availability?

Portrack is the only store where animals are sold, our team there can tell you what small animals, birds, reptiles or aquatics we currently have in stock.

4. Can I ask for pet-care advice over the phone?

Yes, our staff are always happy to help with product advice, feeding questions or general pet care guidance.

5. How long does it take to get a reply by email?

We aim to respond as soon as possible, but urgent enquiries are best made by phone to your nearest store.
